Samsung and Apple in Australia Part 3

While I was away for two months, many things have happened since by departure between these two huge manufactures in Australia.

Samsung is seeking out a ban against the iPhone 4S in Australia, a clear retaliation against Apple (Inc) who just weeks prior successful stopped the shipment of a variety of Galaxy tablets to Australian retailers. The Korean Manufacturer is claiming that the new iPhone 4S infringes three of its wireless patients but is postponing its claim until March or at latest, April 2012.

While Apple may have successfully argued that Samsung had infringed two of their patented "touch screen techniques", including how the device corrects users' finger gesturers, tired patent law still places a heavy disadvantage against both companies. In fact, the law's inexperience regarding new technologies like mobile software can easily cause the verdict to be reversed in appeal.
